History Of Menlo Atherton Realty
In the beginning of 1991, Todd operated his business on a traditional commission basis. In response to the changing needs of the local real estate market he transitioned to a commission rebate model in 2006, when he and his wife Inna established Menlo Atherton Realty based in Atherton.
Together, Todd & Inna are a team of professionals forming positive partnerships with their clients, whether buying or selling a home or an investment property. Their ultimate goal is for every transaction to be a success. Todd & Inna are forward-thinking, dedicated, professional agents providing their clients with an extremely high level of customer service and progressive marketing. Todd & Inna are long-time residents of the Peninsula Bay Area and very active in the community. Inna was three-term President of the Friends of Holbrook-Palmer Park, a charity fundraising committee (formerly the Atherton Dames). Community spirit is engendered as Todd & Inna volunteer in many community events and several fundraising opportunities. Being parents high school age children, Todd and Inna bring with them a comprehensive understanding of the area as well as an appreciation for the importance of community. This familiarity allows them to provide to their clients the required insights to make important Real Estate decisions in the area.
The change to the Real Estate Commission Rebate Program
The Internet and the dissemination of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data brought major changes in the Real Estate market:
- Agents are no longer the gatekeepers of MLS data which has resulted in much less buyer-agent contact.
