Todd Beardsley began his Real Estate career immediately after graduating from San Jose State University, with a MBA in Marketing. Currently residing in Atherton, California, Todd is a lifelong resident of the South Bay and the Peninsula which provides him with a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the area.
Todd has continuously worked in residential real estate for the past 23 years and became the Managing Broker/Owner of Menlo Atherton Realty in 2006. He has extensive experience as a Sales Agent and Managing Broker as well as a long history of working with Builders & Developers of residential properties.
Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients while providing them with expert guidance and negotiation through all phases of the buying and selling processes. Todd concentrates his efforts on working with buyers and sellers in most of the communities in the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay Area.
